About Dan Loichinger
Dan is the founder and president for Loichinger Advantage LLC since its launch in 2006. With over 25 years of leadership and executive development experience, he focuses on his client roles as an executive coach and TEC Chair. He has led corporate training teams, launched for profit training companies, served as a business consultant for CPA firms, and launched several consulting firms.
The depth of his consulting experience has included executive coaching, strategic planning, 360-degree assessments, leadership design, organization restructuring, change management, organization development and high-potential development. Clients have included corporate, family-held and non-profit clients such as Mercury, Covance, UW Credit Union, SVA, Wind River Financial, Placon, WECC and The Salvation Army.
Throughout his career, Dan has offered his time and service to professional and civic organizations: UW Executive Education Small Business Development Center, Middleton Chamber of Commerce, Governor’s Business Plan Contest, Merlin Mentors, MAQIN and co-sponsored the Midwest Forum on Talent Management. He currently serves on the advisory boards of the Salvation Army of Dane County, the Middleton Community Endowment, and the Donor Relations Committee of the Madison Community Foundation.
