About Michael Herro
As Chair Development Manager, Mike is filling a vital role in the education and development of our Chairman. He has initiated changes to the TEC/TEC quarterly programs as well as the Annual TEC Retreat. Mike is the point of contact for any Chairman with an active group who may need help with skill development or group building. He will work with the Chairman to provide the resources and guidance that will exhibit positive results.
Mike is the former CEO and co-owner of Geo-Synthetics, Inc., (GSI). During his time at GSI he had extensive experience with development of strategic planning, market development, incentive based compensation plans and corporate acquisitions. Prior to joining GSI, Mike served as Vice President of HR and Administration at Milwaukee Insurance Company. His responsibilities included HR, Corporate Communications, Education and Training. He currently is CEO and owner of NICKAL, LLC, a holding company based in Wisconsin. He now uses his talents to oversee Chair Development for the TEC Organization.
