Kenlyn J. Lautenbach, CMC Kenlyn Lautenbach, partner, is well known throughout the human resource management community. Kenlyn Lautenbach holds a BA degree in Psychology and completed concentrated human resource coursework at Western Michigan University and additional coursework in accounting, economics and finance. She has served on a variety of community Boards included among them are the YWCA and the Board of Trustees of Union Congregational Church. Kenlyn is co-owner with her husband of Visions Upholstery & Canvas, a company specializing in a full range residential, commercial and marine sewing applications. The company also manufacturers product for the U.S. Department of Defense. businesses and organizations including manufacturing, banking, transportation, professional service organizations, distributors, etc. Clients served include Amerhart Ltd, WS Packaging Group Inc., American Medical Security, Raven Software, Val Fab, Inc., and Steen-Macek Paper Company. Crowley-Lautenbach Crowley & Lautenbach founded in 1986 and currently manage the Wisconsin Bankers Sounding Board. Kenlyn Lautenbach and E. Marlene Crowley have been TEC chairpersons since 1993. They launched TEC 41 and built it to the current membership of 14. (See attached TEC 41 membership list) . In 2007 they added TEC 39.
