As a TEC member, I found the members of my TEC group an irreplaceable source of advice, candor, camaraderie, and motivation. My years of consulting and coaching have demonstrated clearly to me the incredible need for the type of support that the TEC experience provides to CEO's of all businesses, but especially small and medium sized businesses. Providing that service to as many business owners as possible supports those businesses as well as the economy as a whole and is, therefore, a vital function in the business sector.
