Jonathan "Jack" WagnerWagner Associates began in 1984 as a management consulting firm. Jack describes the organization as "one of the first virtual corporations I know of." Services include strategic planning and market research, such as customer satisfaction and new product surveys. Focus is on small to mid-size companies working with CEO's and management teams. Previously he headed Bozell & Jacobs' Wisconsin operation for eight years. Bozell & Jacobs' was a top 20 U.S. advertising agency. The firm's gross income grew 500% in the eight years of his leadership. He has worked with Kimberly-Clark, Allen Bradley, Mercury Marine, Manpower, JI Case and Giddings and Lewis. His career began in journalism and public relations. Later he served in advertising and sales management positions for small manufacturing companies before entering the advertising agency business. He has been a TEC Chairman since 1992, currently serving three groups, TEC 10, 28 & 35 and an adjunct professor in several evening M.B.A. programs, teaching strategic management and marketing. He has served EA 19 for the past twelve years. As a TEC Chair he has worked with over 100 CEOs. He resides outside of Waukesha, WI with his wife Micki. They have two daughters and one granddaughter. Commitment to his community is evidenced by volunteer board positions with his church, the United Way, Family Service, Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra and the American Lung Association. |
