E. Marlene Crowley, CMCE. Marlene Crowley, partner, specializes in organization and leadership development. She holds a MS degree in Organization Development from the University of Wisconsin. Prior to forming this consulting practice, Marlene was Executive Director, Financial Concepts Bancorp, University Bank (Wells Fargo). She has served on the Greater Green Bay YMCA Board of Directors, the Green Bay Symphony Board of Trustees, Northeast Wisconsin Family Services Board. Currently she is a member of the Village of Allouez Board of Appeals and Ethics Board. Since 1985, Crowley & Lautenbach consulting work has crossed a diverse range of businesses and organizations including manufacturing, banking, transportation, professional service organizations, distributors, etc. Clients served include Amerhart Ltd, WS Packaging Group Inc., American Medical Security, Raven Software, Val Fab, Inc., and Steen-Macek Paper Company. Crowley-Lautenbach Crowley & Lautenbach founded in 1986 and currently manage the Wisconsin Bankers Sounding Board. Kenlyn Lautenbach and E. Marlene Crowley have been TEC chairpersons since 1993. They launched TEC 41 and built it to the current membership of 14. (See attached TEC 41 membership list) . In 2007 they added TEC 39.
