Jeff WestJeff West is President of Bear Down, Inc. a small and mid-size business consulting company specializing in business turnarounds. Jeff works primarily as the Chair of TEC 36 for TEC Midwest, an organization dedicated to improving the lives and effectiveness of CEO's and business owners. Jeff's prior experience includes 27 years in the supercomputer industry as an engineer, program manager and entrepreneur. Jeff was a founder of Silicon Logic Engineering Inc. a world leading application specific integrated circuit (ASIC) design company and served as it's President and CEO from it's inception in 1996 until it was acquired by Tundra Semiconductor, Inc. in 2006. Jeff currently sits on the boards of 3 for profit corporations and 2 non-profit organizations. Jeff was also a founding member of the Wisconsin Technology Council being appointed by then governor Tommy Thompson. Jeff currently resides in Eau Claire, WI with his three children.
