Bob RuppBob Rupp is President and co-founder of The Renewal Group, helping owners and their management teams create an environment of stability and profitability in advance of strategically planned transitions. Bob has assisted numerous closely held companies in the areas of leadership development, strategic planning and business improvement strategies. The Renewal Group recognizes the critical nature of these issues and has been effective in helping owners and their organizations successfully work through these transitions since 2005. Prior to that, Bob led Appleton International, Inc a North American leader in paper making technologies as their CEO and senior partner eventually positioning the company for a successful strategic merger in 2004. Prior to joining Appleton, Bob was President/COO of American Finishing Resources, an innovative industrial coatings supplier in the Midwest. This followed a successful 19 year career eventually becoming the senior marketing executive with the very progressive Shade Information Systems, an organization well know for its rise from a small entrepreneurial company to a national publicly traded office products industry leader. Bob brings many perspectives to his TEC group as a business owner, leader and board member. Bob was a member of TEC 17 for 9 years before becoming their group chair in 2006. Bob also serves as a board member of 4 for profit corporations in Wisconsin. He also serves on the Council of Trustees for the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay and is on the Board of Directors for the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. Bob lives in Denmark with his wife, Jolyce and their two children. Bob's family free time usually finds them on the water in the summer and on the ski slopes in the winter.
