TEC’s Senior Managers’ Program (SMP) is a management development program that was established over 25 years ago in response to member requests for a program that would expose their key staff to the very best speakers that TEC has to offer. The program is also open to Senior managers of non-TEC companies.

The primary focus of the SMP is on education, with a secondary emphasis on networking. It is a proven, high-quality, continuing business education program. Participants include corporate officers, managers, staff specialists and managers in- training.

Each SMP session is very interactive, full of take-home value and provides opportunities for managers to discover the hidden potential in themselves and the people they manage. There are five full-day sessions (8:20 am - 2:00 pm), every 6 to 9 weeks from January through December. The identical program is held on two consecutive days and participants are welcome to attend either program.
