TEC FOR LARGER COMPANIES
We have 12 to 16-member CEO/President Roundtables that typically meet 9 times a year for a full day. Many meetings include a cutting-edge, business Resource Specialist, as well as a professional TEC Chairperson who plans and facilitates all meetings, and meets privately with each member prior to each TEC meeting.

TEC FOR SMALLER COMPANIES
These 12 to 16-member CEO/President Roundtables usually meet nine times a year for four full-day and five half-day sessions. Some meetings include a cutting-edge, business Resource Specialist, as well as a professional TEC Chairperson who plans and facilitates all meetings, and meets privately with each member prior to each TEC meeting.

EXECUTIVE SUPPORT PROGRAM (ESP)
These 8 to 12-member roundtables meet five times a year for at least three hours in order to promote professional interchange and personal development. A professional Chairperson plans and runs all meetings, and maintains individual contact with members between meetings, including periodic one-on-one sessions. These meeting members include administrative assistants and other key resource personnel providing assistance at the executive level.

TEC SENIOR MANAGERS PROGRAM (SMP)
These are customized educational seminars for senior executives that feature the very best of TEC's Resource Specialists, based upon cumulative evaluations by TEC members. We conduct five meetings annually throughout Wisconsin and Michigan for 30-100 attendees at any given meeting. Led by a professional seminar leader, group discounts are available and TEC members can attend at no charge.

SPECIAL INTEREST MEETINGS
These groups discuss specific business topics with local discussion leaders and business professionals who are well versed in that subject. This service is available in Milwaukee, Northeast Wisconsin and Madison several times each year. TEC members and/or executives from their respective companies are welcome to attend at no cost. A professional from TEC's Planning and Special Events staff manages this value-added member service.

“ALL-TEC” MEETINGS
We hold periodic “ALL-TEC” meetings in locations that attract a greater number of TEC members. The speakers for these sessions are of a markedly high caliber whose cost and/or time considerations make them appropriate for larger audiences. All Wisconsin & Michigan TEC members are invited to these optional meetings and are encouraged to bring a guest
